Bishop Hedda's Chalice & Plate, Litchfield Cathedral
project overview
Bishop Hedda's Saints Day Chalice and Paten. Richard’s design is based on church architecture experienced as a boy chorister in Warwick in the 1960s. The paten is set with square amethysts in the form of a cross on the border; similar crosses are set around the stem of the chalice. Part of the Lichfield Silver Collection, this was Fox Silver’s first ecclesiastical design.
