Fox Silver has been commissioned by the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths every decade since 1980. The company has created pieces for many of the London
City Livery companies including the Saddlers’ Company, the Mercers’ Company, and the Information Technologists. His Majesty King Charles III was presented with a Magnolia Box designed by Richard Fox, commissioned by Michael Galsworthy in 2011. The company also made the Canterbury Cross presented to Queen Elizabeth II for her Platinum Jubilee, which featured carving by Serena Fox.

  • 'Principia' Centrepiece, 10 Downing Street

In tribute to the legacy of the late Lady Henderson, who worked to form the Silver Trust, this remarkable table centrepiece was commissioned in 2004 and took two years to make. It was made for the Silver Trust to use in the State Dining Room of 10 Downing Street. It was a unique collaboration between Angela Connor and Richard Fox, marrying artistry and engineering. Resembling a delicate flower bud, the sculpture unfolds its outer leaves to reveal a beautiful gilded globe, symbolising the interconnectedness of diplomacy and the passage of time.
